a course offered through Seattle Pacific University's Continuing Education Department

Encourages the general classroom teacher to push the integration of visual arts beyond the basics. Explores a variety of art-making methods and materials, as well as applying art's historical lens to the classroom. Covers basic vocabulary, Washington State Visual Arts Essential Academic Learning Requirements (ELARs) frameworks, as well as content-based and disciplinary approaches to art integration.
